Our Philosophy
A nannies position is the home is to partner with the parents to provide attentive patient loving care for the children. She plays an integral role upholding the family values and standards that are set forth by the parents. We also believe the nannies job should be to assist in eliminating some of the stress that accompanies caring for children and running a household. This may include emptying the dishwasher folding some laundry helping with homework taking children to and from activities etc. It is important that a nanny remains flexible as families have ever changing needs.
Full Time Nanny Placement
This is for families that would like to choose the person who will care for their children on a full-time permanent basis. Typically 40 hours and up.
This can be on a regular or fluctuating schedule. Pay varies according to duties required by the family, nanny experience, education and background.
Full-time Pay Range
$11.00 to $13.00 dollars an hour
Part-Time Permanent Nanny placement
This is for families needing care under 40 hours per week. Typically no less than 4 hours per visit.
This can be on a regular schedule or fluctuating schedule.
Pay varies according to duties required by the family, nanny experience, education and background.
Part-time Pay range
$12.00 to $16.00 dollars an hour
Post Partum Care Placement
This is for families who may or may not need permanent placement. The first weeks after the birth of a new baby are a very special time. It can also be a very stressful time. A post partum care provider can help alleviate the stress. Our thoroughly screened, experienced and reliable care givers are ready to provide assistance custom tailored to your family’s particular needs. This may include caring for the new baby overnight so you can sleep, caring for the older siblings, running errands and performing household tasks - in addition to providing support and practical assistance to new parents.
