With identity theft on the rise it is imperative you are certain the person you screen is the person who has applied. We require identity verification. Many applicants currently employed in state regulated childcare positions which requires fingerprint identification. Fingerprint identification is the method of identification using the impressions found in ones fingertips. No two persons have exactly the same ridge patterns, and the patterns of anyone individual remain unchanged throughout life. Fingerprints offer an infallible means of personal identification.

- Drivers License Record Check
- Local Sex Offender Check
- Neighborhood Sex Offender Search (to be sure applicant does not live with sex offender)
- National Sex Offender Check
- Applicant Reference Screening
- Personal Interview with Agency
- Personal Interview with Client
